Is shipping free?

Shipping fees vary by governorate (75 to 180 EGP), and shipping is fully free on orders over 1000 EGP. You’ll see the exact fee clearly at checkout before confirming your order.

How long does delivery take?

Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1-2 business days. Canal & Delta governorates: 2-3 business days. Upper Egypt: 4-5 business days. Border governorates & Sinai: 5-7 business days.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available, and you can also pay directly online at checkout.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

All our products are 100% natural, but as with any new product, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before full use — instructions are on every product page.

How do I store the products properly?

Each product has storage instructions in its description, but the general rule is: a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, sealed tightly after each use. Some natural products (like our traditional soaps) keep best refrigerated.

Can I return or exchange a product?

If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we’ll exchange it within 3 days of delivery (we’ll need a photo). We don’t offer cash refunds on opened or used products for hygiene reasons, but unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days.
